Well I've taken the plunge and ditched SW for WW I was up more than down in weight losses with SW I found I ate more pasta etc than my body can cope with and was missing out on family favourites.
Well no more...new year, new plan, new me!!
I am 41 I have an 18 yr old daughter and a 17 yr old son I'm married and have 2 step kids aged 12 & 7. I had hysterectomy in 2006 hate my tummy area but WW is gonna sort me out. I work in a vets and lead a busy busy life!!
So, today's plan
