A- milk

B- bran flakes
B- 2 sm wholemeal bread

Breakfast- 35g bran flakes, milk and chopped banana

Lunch- sushi (?)


Dinner- boiled eggs, pork, 2 slices sm wholemeal bread

I'm joining a group on Monday so I'll be back then :)

It's my mums funeral tomorrow and I can't seem to stay focused, so I'm gonna give her a lovely send off and re-start, fresh on Monday. Xx

Been a pretty hard weekend because of the funeral but I'm getting there.

I have an asda shop getting delivered soon with lots of yummy, healthy food! Determined to stay on track this week.


A- Milk

Breakfast- nothing, was too busy.

Lunch- bran flakes with milk and chopped banana

Half a tub of cottage cheese (2) really liking this stuff lately

Nakd Cocoa bar (6) with a mullerlight


Dinner- Honemade vegetable soup, 4 crackerbreads (2)

Finding it really hard to stick to sw style eating, my stomach just doesn't want any of the free food lol.

So for the moment I'm going to count my calories, I'm aiming for 2000 a day as that's what maintenance calories I've been given.
I'm still gonna write s food diary here as I find it helps stay on track :)

So dinner today is

Crusty roll
Vege burger
Salad
2 potato waffles.

My day adds up to around 1700 cals, have to say I'm excited about eating other foods
 
Breakfast- 300cals

Special k, chopped banana and semi skimmed milk

Lunch- nothing, was out


Dinner- chips from the kebab shop, coleslaw, slice of pizza


Naughty evening but within calories

Lunch- Hartleys no added sugar jelly, 2 babybels
3 rice cakes, smoked salmon, soft cheese and cucumber

Dinner- Roast chicken, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, savoy cabbage, broccoli, carrots, peas

After struggling with sw I decided to give ww a go, I loved the freedom of it but couldn't stay within my points! Also, my partner wasn't happy with me following ww, he said it was too restrictive.

So here I am again, trying to manage my weight! I'm 15 weeks now and my love handles are growing by the day!!

Breakfast- All bran, chopped banana, strawberries and milk

Lunch- noodles, prawns, babycorn, garlic, chilli, courgette spaghetti and a tbsp of chilli olive oil (4)

Total 0% with strawberries and honey (1)

Dinner- Campfire stew

Gammon, baked beans, peppers, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli powder, tomato purée
Actifry chips, butternut squash
