Couldn't get to weigh in again last night. Yesterday was a disaster. The snow was hell! I made an attempt to get to work with my friend but got halfway and admitted defeat and then went home. Couldn't get my car out to go to weigh in so i haven't weighed in for 2 weeks.
Kind of a blessing really considering how bad i have been the past few days.
We went to Liverpool to watch the football on Tuesday night..... I seem to have no willpower where football is concerned. We got a pie at half time and then on the way home stopped off for a kebab
bad bad bad!!
I am finding it very hard at the moment to stay completely on plan.... The days i don't have the boys we very rarely stay in. I have sussed my standard days out, i have a meal plan and i rarely go off that plan, i am organised and have good days. The days i need to address are those where we don't have the boys and football.
I always have the best intentions for the days we don't have the boys but 9 times out of 10 we will pop to the pub for a bit after work and then go home and the intention is to cook tea. The majority of the time we can't be bothered cooking that late so i have decided on those days to prepare and have a stock of frozen meals in like curries so when we get in we can just bung one of those in the microwave and jobs a good en. Football is a little bit trickier because of time constraints. We usually don't have time to get food before setting off if it's a midweek game. I am going to have to start planning the night before and maybe take soup for half time and some low syn snacks like scan bran cake, or hifi bars ect.
I think the key is preparation! I know where i fail i just need to be more prepared to combat that.

B - Fruit, yogurt and hifi bars
L - Chicken and Mushroom pasta and sauce & fruit
D - Chicken Supreme with rice and veg
HE - Hifi bar x 2 & milk in coffee
Syns - Scan Bran Cake x 2 (
3), There will probably be some syns in my dinner but i have yet to work out them out. It wont be many and it definitely wont cause me to go over.
Heres to a good week where i am completely on plan. It shouldn't be too difficult this week because we don't have any football and it's my weekend to have the boys so the only night that may be a problem is sunday at Poker and that will be alcohol and not food related. I am going to try and stick to Vodka even though i'm not a massive fan in order to keep my syns low x
