I know what you mean about busy, crazy here too. What did you put inbthe veggie chilli? It can be amazing what you can have for not too many cals.

I used quorn mince and added mushrooms, onions, peppers, tin of chopped tomatoes and then just mixed herbs and chili powder. Then I topped it with a bit of grated cheese. It's so easy to make and it's so filling.
