Awww, I was where you are for 6 months, you will get that feeling where you feel ready, probably when you need to go up a size, usually the case for me, gives me a kick, but enjoy the season and I guess you could try and at least drink plenty of water and up the speed even if you are eating lots of syns lol, would be nice to see you around here now and then though, don't disappear like I did lol xx
 
Hi Hun I’m the same As you still just out of the zone. I want to try do abit before crimbo but part of me me now thinks stuff in il start jan the 2nd and give it my best shot. I don’t think stopping and starting helps either does it

I love Christmas and have so much planned now for the season, plus a big holiday straight after, so I am just going to enjoy it. I will try and up my water intake though to flush all the badness away and I am trying to eat more veggies, which is easy when its cold!
 
Hi All I'm Back!!!

After a few very naughty months with Christmas and Holidays I am back on the diet wagon!

I weighed myself this morning and am horrified to have gone back up to 13 stone 4 lbs. So I am now on a massive mission to lose a bit before my next holiday which is in 7 weeks, eek!
I am going to set myself a target of 14lbs to lose, which is 2lbs a week, sounds easy...sure it won't be!

Previously I have done a mix of healthy eating and detox days and that worked well for me, so I'm not going to change that.
I am also going to start my fruit & veg challenge again. I tried this last time but wasn't very successful, so hopefully I'll do better this time around.

I am finding my biggest downfall other than alcohol is bread. I love bread but I know this is one of the reasons for my weight gain. So I am going to try and cut bread out of my diet almost 100%. I will still have pitta bread and wraps, so hopefully I won't crave bread too much.

My new weigh in day will be a Wednesday, I've never had a Wednesday weigh in before but will give it a go and see how I get on.

Yesterday was my first day back on the diet wagon and all seeme to go extremely well :)

I managed to have 10 different fruit/veg which I always struggle with, although the salad at lunch was a big help.

Yay it's Friday!!
Yesterdays food was really good and again I didn't feel too hungry at any point during the day.
Today on the other hand, I had my weetabix and by mid morning I was starrving so ended up cooking poached egg and tomatoes as an early lunch. I really hope that will see me through until tea time.

It's the weekend!!

Yesterday morning I felt so hungy, I had my weetabix at about 7am and was starving, so had m lunch really early. However I then managed to go through till dinner time without having anything else. So I managed to turn around what I thought might be a disaster into not being too bad.

Not alot planned for this weekend, so hopefully will be able to stick to the diet all weekend and also no alcohol.

Good morning all.

Not a bad day yesterday foodwise. I was feeling really hungry though, so had weetabix for lunch as I am trying not to eat too much bread and knew they'd fill me up.

I had a gorgeous dinner last night, it was a treat and as it was homemade it wasn't too unhealthy :)

Today is the start of day 4 for me and I’m feeling positive. It’s been alright to be fair I get hunger pains at 4 and I’m lookin at every min on the clock untill 5 haha soon As Iv had my tea I’m fine tho . Currently still living on beans on toast hahah hope your well

It's so good to see you back, I've been so lonely on here, no one is around to chat to.

I'm so pleased to hear that your new diet is working for you, So is your weigh in day a Saturday? I'm really looking forward to hearing how you have done after your first full week. Sometimes I think it is good to be a bit hungry as it makes you appreciate your dinner so much more.

I'm hoping for a loss tomorrow but it's totm so will have to see. I need to lose on average 2lb a week to get to my mini target of a stone before my next holiday.

Ye I weigh in on Saturday morning but like you it’s also totm. Iv just been and had a sneaky look and at the moment Iv lost 3 3/4 so really happy with the way it’s going.

When I weighed on Saturday I was 18.9 felt terrible when I started last time I was 18.13 so put it all back on near enough . That’s trouble with slimming world with me cause I’m used to having massive portions I carry on doing it which isn’t good. Soon as I start to feel better in self or I come off diet I’m eatin same amount but not the right foods so it all
Goes back on. Hoping this will get me used to coping with less food as that’s what I need to eat a lot less . Yes ur so right when I’m hungry I’m happy with any food on my plate.

Hubby also doing it with me so makes things a lot easier.

Fingers crossed for you tomoz I used to fond on slimming world if it was totm I wouldn’t get a good week but the following week was super good .

Ah hun, I know exactly what you mean about no one being around. It's so quiet on here. Where has Leigh gone again?
Wow over 3lb in 4 days that's fab! I will definitely make sure I log on Saturday morning!

It makes it so much easier when hubby does it as well. My hubby is eating what I eat but still drinking beer at the weekend, which is fine as I'm not too bothered about drinking at the moment.

Hi all,

3lb off for me!! I am really pleased as I have tried really hard as it is my first week back. It's totm so it may have been more if it hadn't been that time.

My plan for the next week, is to continue doing the same as I have been doing. I'm having a couple of lunches out this week but will try to be super healthy. I'm still planning on being alcohol free for the next week, so that will hopefully help as well :)

Well done hun that’s fab pleased for you. Seems strange you weighing middle of the week lol. The week has gone so fast and least with you weighing in middle of the week kind of breaks the week up for you.
