Hi All I'm Back!!!
After a few very naughty months with Christmas and Holidays I am back on the diet wagon!
I weighed myself this morning and am horrified to have gone back up to 13 stone 4 lbs. So I am now on a massive mission to lose a bit before my next holiday which is in 7 weeks, eek!
I am going to set myself a target of 14lbs to lose, which is 2lbs a week, sounds easy...sure it won't be!
Previously I have done a mix of healthy eating and detox days and that worked well for me, so I'm not going to change that.
I am also going to start my fruit & veg challenge again. I tried this last time but wasn't very successful, so hopefully I'll do better this time around.
I am finding my biggest downfall other than alcohol is bread. I love bread but I know this is one of the reasons for my weight gain. So I am going to try and cut bread out of my diet almost 100%. I will still have pitta bread and wraps, so hopefully I won't crave bread too much.
My new weigh in day will be a Wednesday, I've never had a Wednesday weigh in before but will give it a go and see how I get on.
