Confused myself having today as day 1. So back to the usual; Thursday is day one.
Plan for tomorrow: simply filling
Breakfast:
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 WW bagel
- 2 tangerines
- 1 green apple
Lunch:
- WW bagel
- Tuna in brine
- Sweetcorn <3
- either lemon juice and black pepper with 2 tsps oil/30g lemon and black pepper salad cream (2pp) if previous is yuck
Tea:
- Homemade chips
- Some form of veg (carrots and peas I'm thinking)
- Sirloin steak <3
- 2 tsps oil if not previously used
- 1 Knorr beef stock cube for a rub or gravy - 1pp
- Shape yoghurt 0% fat cherry- 2pp
