Hey hun, nice to have you back and really looking forwards to your revivial of the food porn, once cooker is installed properly, shame you don't live closer, Mark is a qualified electrician he'd have done it, Manchester's a bit far even for him to travel to lol...mind you if City or Utd play Watford anytime soon, that'd be a different matter entirely lol
Glad you're over the worst of the cold and hope that it and all the other lurgies now stay away, you and me had our fair share of them, let someone else have them for a change :giggle:
Have a good day lovely xxxxxxxx
Found a local electrician company thing who came out quickly and got it sorted and carried the old one out of the house for me too - £54 incl VAT, dunno if that's reasonable, probably I'd imagine
Don't give me your germs please.
Glad to hear your getting a bit better
They're taking their time leaving me so you should be okay lol Don't think they can be ar$ed trekking over the pennines to get at you anyway
Sorry, Chook is aussie slang for chicken, might have spelled it wrong - might be chuck or maybe choock??? Blimin aussies making up their own language again!!! lol
Hehe, if it's chuck that sounds more Northern England than Aussie :giggle: Mmn I've got some thai chicken soup from waitrose in, might have that later now you've mentioned chicken soup, mmm
morning lo, just wondering how you are feeling now. did you get your cooker sorted out
hope your ok and having a good day xxxx
Hiya Mandy, m'cooker is sorted but it hasn't seen much action yet heh. Going to do a roast tomorrow to test it out properly. It's only reheated indian takeaway or toasted bagels so far
Hello Lo
How are you, hope things are settling down, or is that a daft thing to say with Christmas next week. Take care, we can refocus for the New Year and the Valentines Challenge
Bron
Hiya Bron, you're right, no chance of things being settled atm with christmas looming. Still not sorted out a present for m'nan and grandad yet and both time and money are running out. They're so hard to buy for though, and my mum and brother have already snaffled the easy option of a food hamper, grr.
Looking forward to the Valentines challenge, hoping it might be easier to get through with it being half the length of the first Curvies challenge. Don't really do valentines though but my London trip is on the 17th so there's some sort of event to aim for
Thanks for your encouragement
Hey Lo, where are ya hun? You're more elusive than the scarlett pimpernel :giggle:...come out and play we miss you :bighug: xxxx
Heyos Lily, I'm being reclusive more than elusive I think lol
Worn out with the end of the cold and * week issues/sore armed from getting my implanon changed on wednesday
pretty much had enough now and just clawing my way along to my week off (starting week on monday). Keep dropping off in the evenings so am in dire need of a hibernation holiday lol
Off out to the local christmas farmers market today (not the ones in town) - getting a few bits and pieces for xmas day at my dad's and on the lookout for grandparents presents. Probably will have to treat myself to a cupcake, a terrible hardship I know
See you all later (y'all know I come back eventually
) xxxx
