Good call, diet starts Monday is one of those myths and cons you need to recognise and understand is a trap. Tfr is time to reflect and disengage from all those learned behaviours that sabotage your relationship with food.

Well done, and well done for resisting the scales! I try to too but some weeks I end up weighing myself too much!

Yes, I’m really pleased, over half way now! I’ll be upping my calories in four week, so I can start going out for meals with friends so know it’ll slow down then, but I can deal with that ☺️ X
