Good call, diet starts Monday is one of those myths and cons you need to recognise and understand is a trap. Tfr is time to reflect and disengage from all those learned behaviours that sabotage your relationship with food.Thank you it finally arrived yesterday so am planning on starting on Sunday the 13.5.21 to avoid the ‘start on monday’
