Looking for feedback....... My noms.

I've just found out I've been doing myself out of points!!! Followed my purple pocket guide when it came to extra lean mince beef. It says 125g is 6pp. Well, i pointed mine from the NI today and 125g comes out as 4pp!!! And 100g is only 3pp. I pointed that as 5pp the other day!!! Won't be making that mistake again, and i'll be having extra beef in my stuffed peppers tonight. Win.

Right, Tuesday night i used an extra 3pp, two on a couple of bits of toblerone and an options hot choc. I think that made me a point into weeklies.

Added altogether I've used 30/49 weeklies.

My scales are currently showing 1.5lb less than last weeks wi but that's naked, and 1st thing in the morning. I really doubt i will get a loss this week seeings as i have to add two meals to that and clothes as wi isn't until 7pm. Im annoyed as i haven't done anything differently. Yes, i went out for that dinner but i was still well within weeklies this week. I don't know. Will have to see what happens tonight. Just one little half pound would be great. Even a STS as that still puts me under the goal that i set for my party on Saturday.

I don't know why im even bothering with wi tonight. I know i have put weight on. Probably 1.5lbs if not more. There is no reason for it. I haven't gone over weeklies (still got about 15-20 left), i walked miles at Alton towers the other day. Its not even TOTM. :( im so disappointed. This will be my first gain and im so ashamed. And i can't find a reason unless its cereal. That's the only thing I've done differently this week. I've tracked every bloody thing I've put into my mouth. *depressed*

Right, so i was 1lb up at WI last night. No idea why. At all. Maybe i underpointed my meals out but i still had weeklies left that would have covered it. Never mind. Just annoyed coz i wanted to be 12st 7lb for my party Saturday and now I'm half a pound over that..... :-(
Still, I've lost 17.5lbs since anyone at the party last saw me, so hopefully they will notice a difference. I just hope i get to my goal of under 12 stone by my birthday. 5 wi to go. 8lbs needed......

Ok so my plan this week is to only use weeklies on sat/sun. I will need them on Sat for some wine at the party, and maybe use a few for lunch out on Sunday. Rest of the week i am going to stick to dailies. I am going to limit cereal to two mornings this week coz i had it 4 or 5 times last week and that was the only thing i did differently really.

Looking forward to the party. Might earn some activity points dancing although my bf is not a dancer and he won't know anyone there so i might not get much of a chance. Maybe i will just send him back to the hotel early!! ;-)
 
Come up with some rules im gonna be sticking to this week.

1) cereal twice, no more.
2) 3 portions* of fruit a day, max
3) 3 portions* of veggies a day, min
4) no more then 80g of pasta or 60g of rice in a meal
5) weeklies on weekend only, and 25 max, stick to 29pp a day on week days.
6) no more then 3pp of chocolate/sweets a day.

Right well yesterday was a bit of a.disaster with regards to food and alcohol. When i get on the wine i just stop caring about points. My challenges went out the window yesterday, and mostly today, its just so hard when you are away for the weekend.

Anyway, here's what i had yesterday

On the train home

For tea I've got a m&s count on us meal. Haven't pointed it yet bit its 300 calories so probably 8pp.
I will stick with 8 for now and amend if needed.

Oh and i had 3/4 of a can of coke coz its my hangover comfort - 3pp

Yeah, im not too worried. Just the alcohol probably won't have helped me. Why does wine taste so good? Why is it so high in calories?

i just thought, i didn't have any chocolate or sweets while i was away so that was good. And *most* of the food i ate was actually pretty good for me.

Scales arent up yet. Huzzah.
Of course that could be down to the fact that i walked loads this weekend. Saturday was a mile and a half into town and back. Half a mile to bf house. Another 1.5 miles to the train station. 3 miles around London. Sunday we walked for 5 hours around london and the science museum.... That must have got me more activity points. My feet certainly feel like i deserve some.....

I am so tired today. :( i woke up at stupid o'clock today thanks to a nightmare. Stayed awake for 15 mins or so then dropped back off and the horrible dream started right back up where it had left off. :(
