I had a pack of chocolate animals last night so added 3 weeklies on for those.

Will have some chocolate and maybe some biscuits with a cuppa before bed. Or maybe just the biscuits and tea. That would be 3pp so take me to 28 for the day plus 28 for the week. I might have the choccie too, that will take me to 31 today so 2 for the weekies (30 weeklies total) which easily covers me if I've under pointed anything. (like that steak!).
 
Tesco packet one. Was for half the packet but i was just being greedy, could have done 1/4 or 1/3 for less points. Was awesome.

The little snack packs are 3pp. Not bad i thought.

WI yesterday was 1/2 off. I need 3lbs over the next two weeks if i am going to make my goal of being 11-stone-something by my birthday. I reallllllly want to do it.

Getting nervous for my bday shopping trip to Birmingham. I haven't really done any clothes shopping (unless I've really needed something) this whole year. I told myself i won't allow myself to buy anything that isn't a size 12, but i don't really know if i *am* a size 12 yet so i might be well off. I know i can fit into stretchy size 12 dresses now, but probably not fitted ones. Im not sure i ever will either as stupid boobs are massive and aren't shrinking much.

I don't know. I guess i just don't feel as though I've lost much weight. I am still wearing all the sane clothes as before, and granted, they are looser, but i don't think its helping my brain to feel slimmer, if that makes sense.

I think i need to bite the bullet and try on some size 12 trousers. I need to see how wildly off my goal i am. Im not going to dare hope for jeans yet, but maybe other trousers will fit.
 
U have lost loads mrs! Clothes just vary so dramatically!! Enjoy ur shopping trip :) u will get 3lb in 2 weeks - I have faith xx
 
God, how whiney and self indulgent was my last post?! Urgh, i disgust myself at times.

I need to update like 3 or 4 days food diary. I will do it later on pc as can't be bothered to type it up. Im still 100% (its been like 130 days now or something) but i am starting to tire of tracking, pointing and weighing. And when i get weeks where i lose just half a pound (yes, i know its still a loss and that's good) i just keep thinking 'oh, ffs, this last stone (ish) is going to take 6 months to come off'. I don't think my motivation will carry til then.

WHY AREN'T I 11 STONE YET!!!

Thanks Carly. I think im just a bit pissed off at the moment. This stone bracket seems to be taking forever to get through and i so desperately want to see 11 stone something on the scales. 3lbs to go.
Im worried about my belly though. It is NOT budging. The area between boobs and belly has lost loads, and my hips are pretty much bone now, but the belly. Oh! The belly! I think im destined to have a muffin top for life.

I am starting c25k on Monday 24th. Quite excited. Going to start a thread and see if anyone is up for joining in.

The mushrooms were AMAZING!! Adapted a ww recipe. Basically, big field mushroom, cooked a bit, spread with green pesto, added cooked spinach and goats cheese to the top. Could have actually got away with less goats cheese so could have made them for 3pp. Yummy yummy yummy.

I am now going to munch ny way through AT LEAST 5pp of orange matchmakers to use my points up today. Nom.

Wow! That's a long post. Well done if u made it through it. If not look at the last days dinner coz the veggie mushroom thing was amazing.
 
I love f&b calzone :D maybe get an ab focused DVD? My belly will always be there - it was even when I was 9 stone 4! There is a good taebo one and think Jillian does one too xx
 
I love it too Carly. Especially when its free! Lol.

I think i will start doing crunches. I used to do 100 each time i went to the gym (over a year ago now) so i will see how much a bar is and start that. Although taebo sounds like fun. :)

Mushrooms sound amazing anj. Will have to try that sometime! I know what you mean about feeling down about having to always track...i deal with it by having a day off but you do the much better thing and keep going! :) once you get to goal you can work out how to maintain. Just keep doing what you are doing mrs 100% :) x
 
Anna, i can't begin to tell you how amazing the mushrooms were. Outstanding. The original recipe didn't have the spinach and used breadcrumbs on top but i think my version was better. Took bloody ages squeezing out the water from the spinach though!!!

Mmmmmmm...... I love anything with goatscheese in. My mum gave me an old ww recipe book. Its discover points but i reckon its pretty easy to convert and at least they're already low fat. Anyway, there a goats cheese and onion tart recipe in there as well. Looks really yummy!

Weighed myself this morning. (yeah, i know, i know). Anyway, scales said 11.13 (and a quarter). I know that won't translate at wi (usually go up a couple of lbs for clothes and food) but still, MY scales say im under 12 stone now which means ww scales will say it soon too. Happy. :)
 
Pretty miserable right now. Had a pretty big row with someone I've been friends with for a very long time. And its all over this diet. I et really defense when i feel like people either aren't being supportive or are trying to sabotage my efforts.

And i can't help but think some of them want me to fail (not this friend - he's a boy. Probably doesn't even notice that I've lost weight in the first place). But i have a lot of female friends who are quite a bit overweight and i think they want to see me fail. :(
Honestly don't feel like i really have a lot of friends right now.
Probably my own fault. I became a bit of a recluse since march of 2010 when i decided on massive trip to travel America and had to save like a demon for 6 months. I couldn't go out coz i had to keep every penny i had for my trip. And i havent really changed since i got back because i would rather have money for nice things i suppose.

Feel down. Really down right now. I want to move away and start again, but i don't know where to go.
