Hi siobhan I defiantly understand the self destruct button. I've used to so many times the buttons worn off lol. I weigh in on wednesday guys. How much are you all shooting to lose in the next week? I'm gonna say 3lbs

Well first weigh in was tonight, 5.5lb. All pleased
I like toasted crumpets with poached runny eggs on top for breakfast when I can face eating in the morning.
I know getting hungry now lol don't for get to syn the crumpet just a lovely treat when working so hard to achieve your journey.Yum sounds good, probably shouldn't have asked this so close to lunch time...
I like some fruit and yoghurt or scrambled egg, poached egg. I like to vary it a bit. I can't eat as soon as I get up, so need something I can bring to work. I have one of those microwave poached egg thingy's. The trick is to know when to stop before it explodes! A protein breakfast seems to keep me more satisfied for longer.Has anyone any good breakfast ideas? I like to feel full up and satisfied but I'm not a great one for eating porridge or anything like that! Help!
