Loopeylou's EE Food Diary

Welcome home chicken!! Sounds like you really enjoyed yourself!! 30 syns a day is pretty damn good whilst on holiday!! You should be proud!! I'm only now getting straight after our break, what with all the washing etc, and getting back on top of the shopping, I'd run down all the food before we'd gone, so went to Tesco today to top up on things like Mullerlights, Laughing Cow, crackers, Dorset cereals, fruit & veg! 100% back in the zone!! Dreading WI tomorrow though, but I know I have to face the music and take it from there!! Better that I know the damage as then have something to work with!! Lovely to have you back!XXXXXX

Well back to earth with a big bump.....I work for Police doing collision stats and god how bad can it go in 1 week!!!

Hello! Hope you're okay and having a good week.

I was just reading through Sara's food diary before, and you posted that you now stick to Red/Green as EE bloated you. I was gonna try and do a full EE week from Sat-Fri but now I'm a bit scared. Whats your EE experience? Any suggestions? I feel that I'm stuck in a rut a bit and not losing...I've been doing this for a while now and not getting very far :( xx

Well done on staying in control, i think the only thing that stopped me gaining is we did tons and tons of walking everywhere. I had three icecreams in one day at one point lol. However they were lush! I mean cherry bakewell tart icecream, and apple pie and peanut butter and chocolate...they were lush lol

Sorry taken so long to reply....having connection problems :(
I love EE for family life and the flexibility but for me personally rice and pasta tends to bloat me. I get better losses on Red and find it really easy to stick to and love having the extra A and B.
I'm sure you'll get on well, loads of people have great losses with it.
Good luck

Cherry bakewell ice cream.....WOW!!! now that would be one ice cream I wouldn't be able to resist lol
Well done for not gaining hun
xx

It was seriously lush, I made yummy noises all the way through it, there is a place in Looe called Robbies icecream, it down near the beach close to the marina. They make icecream on the premises and it was AMAZING! It was like licking a cake only yummier lol

We also had the most amazing fish and chips we have EVER eaten there at a place called Kelly's, they have a restaurant/cafe but you can buy and take away. They were seriously devine, and the mushy peas were heaven. I am very fussy when it comes to fish and chips, I seriously dont normally feel happy about them. This place was yummy! The chips and fish were lush lol

Hey Clairey, how ya doodlin? How's your week/weekend been? I've been a very good gal this week, but haven't done much activity at all apart from work, and now I'm really worried that my efforts won't be rewarded tomorrow night!! I suppose I'm just getting paranoid and nervous because I really need a good loss to spur me on and instill confidence again that I'm doing OK!! Incredible how just a week out of the zone can disturb your whole system and thoughts!!! This lark can play with your head maaaaaaan!!X

You are soo good for sticking with the plan while on holiday a big well down, I am away for three weeks,I cannot even think what that will do to my diet....

Hey :)

Just been looking at your diary for the other day. I'm not sure, but I think I remember seeing that Crunchy Bran is no longer a HE. I'm not 100% certain and I've tried looking for that thread but couldn't find it. Do you (or anyone else reading this) if it is still a HE? If so, I'm buying some later :) x
