Today's food plan for weigh in day
Breakfast:beans and egg on toast (HEXb)
Lunch:none
Tea:Indian-boiled rice, tandoori chicken (9), mushroom bhaji (3), potato Bombay (3).
Dessert:a bar of milka happy cows (it is weigh in night hehe, I'd guess about 23 syns, I did give my friend a full slice lol. But if you can't have it after weigh in when can you?)
I think I need to start eating more for lunch, I noticed last couple of days I haven't really eaten much, I must find the time to. I think that will affect my weight loss else.
