B - Mullerlight and banana

L - but random as had very little time and nowhere sensible to buy, so was roast turkey breast and raspberries

S - 2 alpen light bars hexb

D - large chicken salad and mugshot followed by Mullerlight

Have also had Rocky Road Rice Krispies bar (7 syns)
 
Oooooooh, sounds good. Wonder if you can make a syn free version! :)

That would be amazing. Will have a look for a low syn/free recipe.

Haha! True. Sure I could find a baked lower syn version. Maybe with a mousse like choc centre... My mind is going crazy!!x
 
Today had been -

B - 2 nectarines, 2 alpen light (hexb)

L - Mugshot, alpen light (3syns), rice crispies rocky road (7syns)

D - SW beef chilli, butternut squash, Mullerlight

Lots of tea and diet coke (probably too much!)
 
Planned all my syns today and just been handed a glass of rosé! Grr! At least it was a medium glass, so it was only 6 syns. So far today have had -

B - Mullerlight, Sainsburys berry fruit salad

S - 175ml glass rosé (6 syns)

Completely lost track of time, so on way home to have left over SW chilli beef for dinner. Going to pick up some salad bits on the way. There's quite a lot left, so will probably have a Mugshot for dinner followed by a Rice Crispies Squares Rocky Road for 7 syns.
 
On my way to WI. Hoping I'm going to get at least 1lb to get my Club 10...
 
Can't believe it! Lost 3lbs and got my Club 10! Have no idea how I did it! x

Lost another 3.5lbs at WI last night. Have no idea how! That's 1.5st in total and 4.5lbs to goal. Have quite a high profile gig at the end of July, so going to be really focused until then...

Thanks. I have really got a clue. I had one night out on Friday when I drank far too much, but otherwise was really on it. How are you doing? x

Well and truly fell off the wagon as I was out lastnight and I've got a BBQ thisafternoon. I'm hoping they have some sensible bits at the BBQ although I'm sure I'm going to be tempted with the bad stuff!

I've had a blow out the last 2 days too. Far too much alcohol which led to a visit to the chip shop and lots of other naughty things. Need to get back on it today... x

I was REALLY bad yesterday!! Went to a BBQ and hate to think how much I actually ate and drank! Oops! Need to get back in to the right mindset. I think I need to do some exercise too, but I'm so lazy!! It's going well so far today though. How's your day going? x
