LOSING IT FOR GSR 2014

Yes here I go again.... Great South Run 2014

Just under 6 months until I have to carry my large frame around a 10 mile course, all in aid of charity....

I got around in 2hrs 23mins last year so that's my target to beat this year....

I am currently 330lb or 23st 8lb as I've been struggling with my diet since I completing last years run....

My weight loss target is 70lb broken down into 2 3 month blocks....

The first is May, June & July where I have a target of 40lb....

The second is August, September & October where I have a target of 30lb....

So here goes my Diary!!!!

Yeah I'm good thanks had a nice big fat gain whilst away but that's fine was expecting it !!!

The Great South Run is not happening for me this year!! ?!!

I have put on too much weight & I'm now also suffering with sciatica ?!!

But I am starting another new Diary simply called "SW for Life, Good day's and Bad day's"

I intend to post my Bad days as well as my Good days so I don't have to stop my diary coz I've not been good!!
