losing momentum!

am soo annoyed with myself, didn't feel at all tempted to break from plan wks 1 & 2. am hitting end of wk 3 tommorow and last 4 days been so hard to stay on plan.

haven't broken it any big way, had few gummy sweets and couple chunks of steak and just had 3 packs when i have done it. I know i haven't gone off the deep end but can feel the motivation drifting. is this normal for week 3 i'm just thrown after finding it soo easy upp till now.

Am starting week 4 and hoping to treat it like week 1 and stay away from temptations....anyone else felt this way?

Seems like a bit of diet fatigue, it passes I have never let it win though and maintain 100% but that's because of my stubborn all or nothing attitude. I understand that people are different and can struggle more at times than others for all sorts of reasons. You have done so well to reach this far, I mean come on week 4 that's ace! take every day as it comes and every day you stay on plan 100% is in itself an achievement. As you said you haven't gone off the deep end, you are still in control keep motivated by your losses and change in size :)

I know it sounds silly but when I feel like my motivation is slipping I always have Dory in my mind from Finding Nemo lol "just keep swimming just keep swimming..." (and eventually you'll get there)
 
I to have fond that. I have fond though that having 100g steak as my protein helps- not every night obviously but once in a while is ok. I am finding this week so hard (beginning of week 5) I broke the diet over the weekend, once intentionally and once just had a pig out with roast dinner. I'm back on it now and regret Sundays binge so much! So don't do it!
