Losing the battle

Well as I have currently managed to lock my self in my porch and I am waiting for OH to get back from London with a door key I have had a good long think about what I have been doing with my weight loss I now weigh 10st 5 so I have gained 10lb back of the 4 stone loss not good, plus points I know why this has happened

30th birthday happy and depressing at the same time

Needed a break and to test if I could maintain my weight ( answer is no I am a greedy guts and still love food)

Work has been stressful I have moved office and there is no were to get out for lunch and people bring in cakes and biscuits all the time and you can't escape ( my problem not there's shouldn't be greedy)

Negatives

Got ten pound/ ten weeks to even get back were I was depressing

All the new clothes I finally bought don't fit and I sold my old ones on eBay ( seemed
Like a good idea )

Plan of action

Start today like it is a new day even though I had two jam on toast for breakfast not the greatest start but I didn't know I was going to lock my self
In the porch and have a good ol think

Wish me luck

Thank you fingers crossed I would like to get the 10lb of before Christmas which is doable , I am also now free from the porch after two hours :(

Yeah it's not been a great week I found a snake that had escaped from someone's house in my bedroom last Friday that was a shocker lol I will attach the picture later

That's ok I nearly swore my self lol week is improving I have signed my self up for a 10k run in may for some motivation , my weekend food is not going great had a run this morning but had taco bell for lunch oops

Today was good I have been running round like a crazy person making a leaving cake for my friend first time I have ever iced a cake not fun I shall attach a pic later I am completly in awe of frankies cakes she makes I hope she can give me some tips

Ohh dd - how did you do your sweet potato the other evening ? I am massively back into them recently - had some delish oven baked as fries/wedges the other day. I want to do a mash with them one eve but its a bit time consuming to make when I get back late from work what with the peeling,boiling,mashing faff!
 
It was so nice going to do something similar tonight with chicken , I always stick mine in the microwave first them the skin kind of peels of which is handy for mashing, I love sweet potato wedges with chilli flakes yummy. Bit dissapointend that I could not resist the buffet
