I'm in so much pain today partly do with the infection but Hollie had a melt down earlier and bite my better side- so sore- painful x
She didn't do it to be spiteful and is so unaware of her own actions but it bloody hurts especially as I was quite sore there before the bite.
Feeding as been mega painful try to avoid the side of the bite but started to feel quite engored by tonight so gave a little feed on that side - I try to give Evie a good dinner tonight so hoping she need less milk but she still quite fussy with her solids.
The cooker has gone again the grill don't even work so ended up frying the kids something and just had another shake instead xx

I lost 2.5lbs- mega happy X I really was expecting gain so back to my lowest!
I thought I was going gain a lot due to having a lot of takeaways and eating out over past week- only stayed on plan 2 days so those shakes helped a lot x
Thank you - just two days on them made a massive difference- I would of gained a lot otherwise as we had Chinese, kfc, mc Donald's, Pizza Hut- will try and eat much healthier now as it isn't long to the Sumner holidays.

S- Angel cake slice, 3 sediments of Terry's chocolate orange.
If it's only 4wks till mine break up then I'm definitely not going away then! The weeks are creeping up too fast for me - not long till Malta for you though x
Just added up my food and got about 10 points left over!!
Feeling determined today!!! I'm just over a stone away from getting to a goal weight xx
I'm going have 2 shakes today and a nice filling meal I need to be more creative with my meals as we oven and grill still down so Chicken breast, stir fry and noodles.
Over the weekend I going and eat more but mon-Thursday I be extra good. The best thing with b/f I can be more flexible with points and still get decent losses xx
I had a great day yesterday I had my shakes, stir fry and 2 club bars and bag of quavers. We very similar with our diet plans and it's lovely having your support and friendship.

I think with my points not sure how many I should be on - ebf is 52sp and weaning 36sp- Evie still drinks a lot of milk and only as a little bit of solids x
I think the same trying to eat around 40sp but have the odd higher day like today we had Mc Donald's for lunch. If we do go away I'm only buying a couple things for each of us it's waste otherwise.
Aww that's lovely, we could meet up at Bluewater one day- normally I be too shy to but I feel much more confident now and I've lost few friends over the years so it be nice to make some new ones xx
I had a Big Mac meal! We don't usually have mcd's that often it's just where we been busy and there's a driv through down the road.
Yeah we could meet up after you had your holiday. I think over last few years I've toughen up more and don't have the time to worry what people think x

Today's been busy popped to see my dad and my in laws stayed there for a little while as we don't get chance to see them much then we went shopping brought the girls done summer clothes- we were going go to Frankie and bennies but it was over 2hrs wait for table so we came home and ordered pizza as its Father's Day.
