oops... major slip up yesterday yet again. I have a feeling i'll still be here trying to lose weight in 5 years time at this rate. It started off with a little tuna and a small piece of cheese which would have been a WS day but turned into:
around 150g cheese = at least 500 cals!
tuna = 60 calories
my daughters dairylea dunkers = 120 cals
chicken nuggets (!? i don't even like them!) = 300 cals
So i've had at least an extra 1000 calories! Normally this would be the end of the world but i'm not too upset as it still brings me in under the required calories i need so i figure i should still be losing weight even on 1600 calories, allbeit much much slower. Also, it was very small compared to what i'd normally 'binge' on. Still, it was very very naughty and i need to get right back on the wagon today. I am definitely out of ketosis as my body is crying at me this morning with hunger. It was the dairylea dunkers and the chicken nuggets which had too much carbs in and are responsible for that. With a bit of luck though, ketosis will hit again by tomorrow if i'm good today as it wasn't a huge amount of carbs - would have been much worse if i ate crisps and toast lol.
