Thanks everyone, its not easy but it is enjoyable to see and feel the difference. Now runnning 5 mile, 2 to 3 times a week and training for 10k race in may, and one in june, the half marathon in October. Just had week off the trainign though due to birth of our 1st daughter This was what kick started the weight loss, both going through fertility treatment etc, and being told to lose weight else would'nt work
Thanks for all the great comments, glad i can be of inspiration to others, if you need any help or advice please ask, and i'll try. Another 1lb gone today, and did longest run yesterday, 7.25 mile in 73 mins Only 1st 11lb to go now
