that's nice we three have roughly the same amount to lose I started jan 18th this year. so about 6 and a half months... nearly 7. Kanika, i'd stick with extra easy then introduce red and green days when you start to lag, it kind of shocks your body into dropping more again, after doing red and green for a few weeks i did a week of extra easy and i dropped 2.5lbs again, so that was good!
Great!! i would also do the same... somehow i think i end up doing Red days only as i dont eat enough salad, so it kinda becomes a Red day!! Nice dat we have same amount to lose.... The key is to just stick to it i guess!! Kudos to you for losing so much in just over 6 months Keep it up!!
