Hi, I'm Meeta. I am a 21 year old female university student. My weight has always bothered me, but I never did anything about it. My parents always encouraged me to eat healthily but I never took my health and appearance seriously and at university I made no effort towards improving my health. I am now in the position that I have a lot of weight to lose and I know that I will have to make major changes to my eating habits and attitude in order to reach my target weight. I have recently started following the Slimfast diet. If anyone is in my position, or has been in my position, I would love to get some advice from you!
