100% for me today ... Including a glass of wine ... Woo hoo!
Finding it really really hard at the moment. Keep binging on chocolate (uncontrollably)
Got home from work at 2310, and scoffed 500 calories of choc in about ten mins.
Really really need to get my mono back.
