oooh i start access to nursing in september its something ive always wanted to do as been a carer since i was 16.

well 3 litres of water down the hatch just goin to have cuppa and bar.

Totally relate...kids are growing up fast and I want to have as many things under my belt as possible, it's hard trying to juggle work, kids and the household but it's all for a good cause I guess x

Yeah I know they do grow up to fast huh Lou, I only have mine half the week as it is as I share them with their dad! My daughters been home half hr an I wanna kill her already!!

Soup was lovely lol, I've only managed 1 litre of water today but that'll have to do because I'm defo not going to be running toilet all through the night!

I'm not with the dad of my kids anymore, it's sad really but that's life i suppose, we was together for 12 years and had 5 kids together and then I find out 6 weeks after the birth if my last one that he's a cheating dog!! It's been 2 years now since we I threw his sorry ass out! I'm single now and concentrating on me and the kids, and I can honestly say I've never been happier although it was tough at 1st...

When we spilt I lost sooo much weight and now I've piled it back on again!

Lol yep we're the single ladies haha I don't need the dress of a man right now but I do want to be appealing to the opposite sex lol I think that's where the losing weight part comes in because even if I wanted to get back in the dating scene, I don't feel confident enough, if that makes sense!

Awww yep Hun it's hard work but I got no regrets, I got 5 beautiful kids from my time with him so it was all worthwhile, now my family is complete and I'm looking forward to pastures new x

Another day another dollar lol and hopefully another lb. off too!

Woken up feeling a bit headachey but hopefully that will disappear once I've had my 1st pack and some water. Woke up ridiculously early this morning, quite annoying because I'm still so tired.

I'm so tired! Last day at work for the week, but college tonight! Had a strawberry shake for brekkie, coffee and water!!

Doughnuts going round the office yesterday and I didn't even want one! Get me!!

Morning and a very miserable one here in wet wales lol.

Craving a nice cuppa so just got to get the munchkins off to school and il have one then get off to work.

Something i learnt yesterday from my counseller is that it takes 21 days to break a habit so after that time everything becomes natural and routine so thats very interesting to hear as i should have broken my habit as a serial chocoholic and takeaway addict lol.so stick to it and heres to another good day! xxx
