Right............. I was talking to my Mum last night and she said... "Oh yeah, I meant to ask, have you put on weight?".
It's the wake up call I need, I love my Mum to bits and could only ever hear this from her (I'd deck anyone else)...... So I went and weighed myself, I've put a stone on since I last went to SW, It's creeping on slowly around 1lb a week and it's GOT TO STOP.
I sulked for the rest of the evening, but I 100% thank my Mum for saying it.
I'm back to class on Monday and am feeling all motivated again. Ok, I've put on a stone, but I'm still 2 stone down from what I was a few years ago.
I was thinking about doing WW so to try something different, but then I realised I've never tried mix to match or success express, so will give these new plans a chance first.
