Right............. I was talking to my Mum last night and she said... "Oh yeah, I meant to ask, have you put on weight?".

It's the wake up call I need, I love my Mum to bits and could only ever hear this from her (I'd deck anyone else)...... So I went and weighed myself, I've put a stone on since I last went to SW, It's creeping on slowly around 1lb a week and it's GOT TO STOP.

I sulked for the rest of the evening, but I 100% thank my Mum for saying it.

I'm back to class on Monday and am feeling all motivated again. Ok, I've put on a stone, but I'm still 2 stone down from what I was a few years ago.

I was thinking about doing WW so to try something different, but then I realised I've never tried mix to match or success express, so will give these new plans a chance first.

Green day today though..

B: Scrambled egg on toast (1B)
S: Banana and yogurt
L: Pasta N' Sauce
S: Banana and alpen light bar (1/2B)
D: Home made vegetable chilli and rice
S: Alpen light bar (1/2B)

I'm not going to have any biscuits today, our office is full of them. Yesterday on the empty desk behind me there was:

* Jumbo family bag of Thai sweet chilli sensations
* Bourbons
* Custard Creams
* Cookies
* Doughnuts

No, no, no and no!!
 
well done for feeling so motivated hun, thats brill. I too have put about a stone ish on since I left SW and now my clothes that I bought are getting too tight, and Ive got rid of my bigger clothes. Are you excited bout starting at class again? XXX
 
I am actually.........I can't wait.

Trouble is.. I want a really big loss in my first week, so I'm half thinking I shouldn't start until Monday (so the loss shows the next week). Ahh sod it, I need to strike now whilst the iron is hot.

Try CD hun, you can probably lose 1/2 stone in a week, but it's not easy!!!! xxx

I hope you all get back on track as you DO want to lose the weight.. so no more Wispas.. or only 1 a week..I know it is hard especially when you are fed up (work etc) but you know the crap will make you feel worse after a while.. So good luck for Monday... Rainbow.. your plan ????
