I know.... I don't normally mind not having chocolate, but I had a lindor milk chocolate bar from Sainsburys, I opened it and kidded myself I'd only have one square.... ha.

It was an individual bar though, not a great big family bar.. off to look up the syns now x
 
B: Bacon and scrambled eggs
S: Yogurts and lindor milk chocolate (15 syns)
L: Carrott and corriander soup
D: Chilli and jacket potato (1B)
S: Hifi bar (1B)

I'm gonna have to have a super dooper week this week (even though it's my Xmas Party on Thursday)... I'm going to make loads of free soups and hope my bum off!! x

Awww me too!!! I feel so heavy and horrible today, all achey and rubbish.

I'm going to go to WI then dash home and eat my body weight in chilli mince, hehe.

............. I put 2lbs on, I'm so annoyed.

Hmmpphh.

I feel all bloated and horrible, coming to the end of my depot injection (3 mth) so I'm blaming it all on that, it has nothing to do with the McD's apple pie and god knows what else I piled away this weekend.

Hee hee At least it wasn't 6lb and those 2lb will be off in no time at all. I do like the way you thnk Lou. I was tempted by the McD mincemeat pie but they weren't serving them at breakfast time:D
 
Hmmm, not a big fan of mincemeat to be honest... the apple ones are 11 syns each, so not that bad considering they are so blooming lovely.

Right, I'm being very strict with myself today, everything is going to get written down and weighed etc.

B: Porridge with sliced banana (1B)
S: Clementines
L: Carrott and corriander soup with toast (1B)
S: Apple and grapes
D: Chicken stirfry with BBQ sauce (3 syns)

It will be off next week! There were only 3 of us as group last night who lost, everyone else gained. It's the time of year and all the Xmas parties and stuff. I am looking for a loss next week and then I have some leeway for the days I am having off. I dont want to gain too much so I am going to be sensible. I hope!
 
Oh ok... I feel slightly better now, thanks SA.

I know why it is though...... I've got a tin of celebrations at home, every time I walk past, I take one.

It's weird... I took one every time without even thinking *2 syns*... I didn't count them and I dread to think how many I've eaten without realising it.

I sound crazy now... x
