Low/free syn cinema treats

Have my first weigh in tomorrow and want to start as I mean to go on.
Going to the cinema tonight, does anyone know any treats I can bring? All four of us going are on SW. Can only imagine us sitting there crunching on celery or a mugshot lol!!!!

I'm going tomorrow, planning on taking some hifi lights and not sure what else, probably just a couple of low syn chocs, treat size things ect. I don't usually eat at the cinema but going with some family who always snack so better to be prepared I think

Last time i went i tool a punnet of grapes lol and i have been known to take hummus and veggies too

I would take HiFi Lights - you get two for a Healthy B, or they are 3 Syns each. Same goes for Alpen Lights.

I also like to take a packet of Velvet Crunch if I'm going to the cinema - they're a low Syn alternative to crisps, at just 4 Syns per bag.

What about fruit. You can buy the packs of pre-prepared fruit from the likes of Tesco etc. Things like apple & grapes, berries, etc.

Freddos are 5 Syns each, and Curly Wurly's are 6 - both low Syn chocolate bars. Also Mikado, they are only half a Syn each and perfect for nibbling!

That's a good idea, won't have time to go shopping before we go though Might see what fruit my mum has in.

My Local cinema Has a supermarket nearby so i usually miss the trailers and get my bits on the way ..... Before my diet i still did that but bought a tub of ben and jerrys to share with my friend and took 2 spoons in my bag eek dread to tthink the syns

Boots do a bag of salted popcorn which is 4.5 syns I think? You get loads in a bag, brill for when you are in a snacks-ish mood

Really pleased survived the cinema with low syn snacks, frozen muller light for ice cream substitute, grapes and half a curly wurly!
