I found a great recipe for a low fat/calorie sponge cake using just eggs, sugar and flour. I reckon if you slice it into eighths it's around 2 points per slice! This is great for people like me who crave anything sweet and love cake without the guilt! You can even make it chocolate flavoured by replacing 1 tbsp of flour with 1 tbsp of cocoa powder 
I'm thinking of baking one and decorating with some glaze icing (icing sugar mixed with water)
