Hi guys
I'm a DIY at home-r so no access to the online bits (and a search on here only showed me answers from about 4 years ago so might have changed) so I was wondering if you lovely people could help me out on 2 points;
1. What's the lowest syn margarine type spread out there? (Or the nicest low syn option?)
2. I've still got some Asda olive spread light (like Asda's own Bertolli light) from before I started SW and can't find the syn value for it anywhere.
