.....Sliding back in like I haven't been missing for months.
I'm currently keeping a food diary in a purpose bought slimming diary. I think it might be too onerous for me to type it all up here too so I might just use this as a weekly update (and maybe even take pictures of my paper diary with my messy handwriting).
I guess it's good that even when I flop, I get back on it. I have to get it done for health reasons now, got a massive shock with my blood pressure before Christmas and it's not right that I'm eating my way into bad health.
