For a quick curry flavour cook chicken onion, peppers, mushrooms etc in madras curry powder and cover with Passata and reduce.
for a stir fry. plenty on garlic, ginger and chilli to fry with ur protein. then add a little water and ur veg, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce(2syns per tbsp IIRC), some soy sauce and you have a chow mein. for a change to this just add some chinese five spice.
or substitute the oyster sauce for lime juice for a chilli lime chicken dish. love it, lots of chilli
