Well Sat & Sun were spent in Hospital with some emergency surgery so I've not been able to point the Hospital food, but also kinda not my no. 1 priority lol. I'm back to pointing but not able to move so no bonus point earning for me, I've put myself down to 20 as I'm not able to move around as much as I would do at work.

Yeah getting there! On the mend now, I've got a referral to a dermatologist so just having to see how that goes :) not pointing too seriously atm as I'm still recovering :)

So March 3rd I was back in Hospital A&E lol, so all I had was a bowl of Coco Pops & a Special Chow Mien, too many to save any but didn't eat enough. Muffins.

My family came round with a double box of Milk Tray. I love them and could have only had 2 a day but my willpower is so low atm!

Thursday was a leaving do at an all you can eat Chinese buffet :S I was very good about it though! Yesterday I was full of cold and I was doing well until the OH made me an omelette (I was coming back from work) and didn't weigh out the cheese or ham :0

your menu looks pretty yummy and my mouths watering thinking of that bbq sauce! Also was wondering how much rice you used for 3 points? Coming from PP rice was really high.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii :)

I use 60g uncooked or 150g cooked :) The Sauce was AMAZING! we found it in TK Maxx!

The OH wanted takeout, but I didn't want to waste the points I've saved on chips so I cooked rice & veg :) good times!

Thats quite a bit for the points then.
Will have a look for the sauce when i next go to asda, see if they sell it.
Good idea using the rice and veg instead of chips. Get more for your points that way.
 
Hi Lozzie :) Sounds like ur doing great! loving some of your menus, gives me different ideas :) I use Uncle Bens boil in the bag, and worked it out at 3 points per bag, I just cook it extra long so it fills the bag right up and makes me think I have more on my plate lol... Dont mean to pry, but are you doing ww whilst having an illness? I have ME and struggle with my weight as Im not active like I used to be. Anyway, keep up the good work :)
