I PUT ON 0.5lbs. The first time in 16 weeks of dieting that I have not lost weight....and on this week of all weeks so the chance of me getting to 9st 4lbs by Christmas is rapidly disappearing. Maybe it will have to be later then
My class leader reckons its because I have been doing so much exercise and not eating any of my activity points. Your body can take a week or so to re-adjust itself apparently.
