jane, not to worry - name only changed on sunday night - so you are the first to notice (or at least post that you have noticed) - my thanks to our moderator, Sandy, for her swift work in getting that done - and to Jax for the suggestion...

I am currently skiiving - done 15 mins of a 40min treadmill session - stopped for the loo and then came on here....what am I like. Back to sweating!!1

I noticed! But assumed that I was the last person to notice, so didn't bother to mention. I like the change---very positive!

Hope you're back on the treadmill now!

I hope you mean live!!:) I would be most upset if you didn't like it here! lol!! it would be good if we all just lived near each other or could travel like the witch in bewitched! a wee wiggle and that's its! lol
 
oh i would love to be able to do that! just close my eyes and be somewhere else in a second. we could all meet up for lunch and still get back to work in time :)
 
Hiya Rosie, did notice the change of name and love it. Well done for getting back on track and for your treadmill sessions. Sorry for not been around lately but trying my best now. Little one is asleep so I'm posting as much as possible. Hope you're having a fab week.

Not poorly - thanks for worrying about me though - that's awfully sweet. Just out and about really. Friends birthday's, coffee's to be had, that kind of thing.

Another 1lb off for me this week - and after all my lunches/dinners out I was really surprised but have done quite a bit of toning exercise and running to make up for it.

I was amazed by my new body fat scales - as in the two weeks that I have had them, my body fat %age has dropped by 2% and my muscle mass has increased by 3% - which in turn burns more calories per day - result.

Today is pretty quiet. Just waiting for OH to come back from the docs where he gets his dressings changed etc and then we might pop out for a bit - a dawdle round the shops or something.

Well done on the 1lb :) Well done on the body fat too! Mine is 35.5%! I do blame the boobs though :p

Boobs have a lot to answer for, Jess - although mine have reduced quite considerably - OH keeps telling me that I can stop now!!! (dieting that is)

No APs earned as yet - maybe later if I can be bothered.

Really got the munchies today for sweet stuff....its getting right on my nerves.

Well, I did a very bad thing this morning - stood on the scales when I shouldn't have and since yesterday, I have put on 4lbs!!!

There definately is a time lag then between bingeing and the weight showing on the scales - so a bit miffed at myself now -although...some of it might be rogue water, or muscle or....ok - I am just trying to make myself feel better.

Did 2 sections of the Davina DVD yesterday and this morning my thighs are really stiff - all that squatting and bending. I suppose it must be working.

I am going to really get down to business this week - and not allow myself to slip and slide and get complacent. So recording food intake too.

.5pt skimmed milk (1)
Porridge (3)

Mince and potatoes with extra veg (3)

WW meal with veg (5max)

Leaving me 5.5 for snacking in between. Should be fine with that. I will do a walk on the treadmill today - running out of the question with these thighs. x
 
Well was popping in to congratulate you on your 1lb loss! Now reading your dairy not sure if its appropriate! Im sure your sudden gain is just your body playing games with you and will be off in no time

I am trying not too but when i am good i like to see it each day keeps me on the straight and narrow!

also wanted to tell you this.. was scrolling through a diary (Mattys sat next to me) and he stopped me to look at your avatar "She's pretty" so i told him that I'd met you in Glasgow and told him how old you were to which he said "F*ck off! shes far too nice to be that old!"

(thats a big compliment from my lovely boyfriend ;))

Bad Rosie! :whoopass: Get off the scales! I'm sure you haven't actually gained 4lb, just fluctuation. If you have then you know you're gaining muscle and losing fat, so it's all good :)
