LRO...name needs to change, I think ;(

Take your measurements and then check in a month
I suspect you are building muscle so are weighing the same but as you lose the fat your body shape will be changing :)

Next week for sure Rosie down you go. On another note how exactly did Oh notice the difference .....shall we say a hands on approach? If so its good to know that love is still in the air!!!!!!

Slipping back into my box now

M, he's like a human equivalent of those fat calipers the doctors use - poking and prodding - but not in the ;);) sense

I can only do what I can do.. but do reckon that I have been eating more carbs - maybe cut back on them too and see - see, its not good enough just sticking to points - its got to be certain points x

Carbs are the devil incarnate especially to those with tiny tums they say. Pity to have to cut them back though because they just call to you. Be strong thats all I can say. As for OH just prod him back fiercely.

I'm behind you all the way to that weight going

M

Dont worry bout STS - you'll have made a nice dent in your mini gain come next week. Well done on your bike ride at the crack of dawn - so dedicated!!! Hope you enjoyed your day out!

Hi Rosie

Sorry its been a while but I've been a bit Awol which means I been a bit norty too! Not been sticking to the diet so have given myself a tellin off and away I go again :p

Am sure all ur exercise will pay off next week - Rach usually mutters summat about 10 day rule thingy! :D x

Thanks ladies for the encouragement.

I am really enjoying being up and out early - and to think I am 400 calories in credit before I eat anything is a very nice feeling :D

Did my steps dvd last night for the first time in about a week and a half and my lord, it was hard going....my thighs felt it this morning - I guess its the combination of that and the cycling.

Just made a lovely quorn curry for tea - so looking forward to that in a bit.

Morning Rosie

I don't feel so lonely up with the lark now that I know you are uo and at em with the larks too.

Have a great weekend

M

I will make sure I say "good morning" then very loudly so that you can hear me way over in Northampton.

Just been on a bike ride with my OH. Yes, the one who can cycle 70 miles in a day with no issues.....30miles we did - with a lunch stop for beans on toast... I feel just brilliant AND to cap it all....

1200 calories burned in just over 2hrs!!! How good is that. Going out for dinner to my friends tonight and she makes heavenly puds - so guess who will be having one :D

I am going to aim to be on my bike at 6am on 3 mornings each week and do 15 miles before breakfast - that way I am getting my body in the fat burning zone.

Thinking that I might try Extra Easy slimming world plan for a couple of weeks and see how it goes......I'm still staying here though diary wise. xxx

OMG you so deserve that pud!!! Well done you on your bike riding!

Good luck on doing EE plan, another one of the ww are with us nw :)

Thanks Jax and Gem for popping along and saying hello.

Last night was lovely and Judy made Eton Mess for pud - it was gorgeous and I felt absolutely no guilt at having seconds :D

Big event in our household today - Little H finally has learned to ride her bike!!! Whoop whoop. She was just so chuffed with herself - big grins all round :D:D:D

She spent most of the day cycling up and down and round the lanes - with me in front of course - so that was about 4 miles with her in total.

Went out for a ride later on my own. 10 miles today and really enjoying it. It seems too good to be true somehow. It doesn't put any strain on your body really (other than leg muscles) but does raise your heart rate and burn calories at a great rate. I was cycling along today - heart rate at 142 and singing along to Amy McDonald....weird.

Foodwise, I have been really picky and nibbly. That's the downside to a lot of exercise I suppose. I tend to crave carbs and then want "easy" carbs like sugar :eek:

Am going to start Extra Easy tomorrow and will be updating how I am getting on. Will be tough to dispel points out of my head for a while.

What's EE like? I'm just intrigued :)

Well done on the exercise, I'm going to have to try a bit harder to get into it

xx

i am intrigued too, did sw a few years ago but i dont think EE existed done. will be watching with interest Rosie.
And well done to little H with the bike, perhaps she heard you were planning to sign her up for lessons

Hi Rosie

You are going great guns on the bike riding and your 3 day a week plan should soon show results.

Good luck with trying SW I hope it helps you reach your goal. There seems to be a mass interest in SW over here at present among the 'old timers' on the boards. Among the newer ladies there are people changing from SW to WW so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Take care

M

Hi Rosie

Well done on your bike riding and the fact that your enjoying too ;o)

I see you've moved over to SW - How's it going? I couldn't get to grips with it as WW points are stuck firmly in my head and kept trying to point my meals without even realising it!

Anyway hope u have a good day today x
