Thought I would join in and post my food diary...if nothing else it's a good way of keeping track
I joined slimming world last week, so I'm going to post up to today in this message and then carry on from there. I'm also subscribing to a couple of others food diary's for some inspiration!

Late Breakfast/Early Lunch - Veggy sausage (1.5 syns), baked beans, egg, mushrooms with 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB)
Tea - Chicken stir fry with oyster and spring onion sauce (6 syns)

Late Lunch/Early Tea - Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (Brewers Fayre) (11 syns?) and salad

Lunch -Gammon & Turkey carvery lunch, carrots, cabbage, Yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns) and the tiniest roast potatoes I could find as they had no new potatoes on! (2.5 syns)
Tea - Lemon & Pepper Salmon (4 syns), new potatoes, carrots and broccoli
Snacks -Orange
