Hi Pooks, how are you today? I am so envious of allyour fab holidays! You lucky girl!!
I will return to weight loss battles as soon as the lightbulb clicks in again, in the meantime, I am only here to chat and admire the view!

Hi Rosie
I don't really care WHY your here whether your weight watching or not I am just really glad you are I have really missed our chats and your funny little comments its been deathly quiet on here lately and apart from Tranqs no motivation or encouragement which I used to love ,this site was great for that.
Yes I am lucky with the holidays this year but with them and the new car the bank balance is really suffering .
Mind you can't have it and spend it I wish we could ha ha.
So pleased to see you back Rose the lightbulb will flicker eventually I think everyone is struggling at the moment apart from Miss Tranqs who is whizzing through weight loss this year must be due to less Rotty less stress lol.
Hows your mini rainbow? Mini Pooks is nearly walking now she will walk away from the furniture a few steps then she freezes realises what she's doing and just drops down to the floor and crawls, so it won't be long . I can't believe she's 10 months already.
Hopefully soon I'll catch you for a proper chat .

I wouldn't say I was whizzing through the stones more of a leisurely plod lol. Rotty free Friday this week
There is a chance this week that I may slide under the 300lb barrier *scary* as I can never quite manage to stay under there once I've got there :sigh:
Kate is back in work today so there may be a little more chat/gossip to catch up on. She may have "eye candy" to share with us this year that will entice Rosie back into the fold
I think that's what Rosie's problem is she has slipped into contented "grandma-rainbow-hood" this past year lol

You will do it this time Tranqs you will wave the 300s goodbye and start knocking away at the 200s your mind is in the right place you can do it .
Getting below those 300s is a great achievement so you should be proud your nearly there not scared .

I think it was about 290ish Pooks or a few lbs under. I'm trying to be under the 20st mark on the scales by Christmas. Just taking it slow and not stressing. Keeping a lid on the work stress has helped a lot this year I have to admit as I was a terrible before dinner snacker due to the stress. If I can keep the good eating mon-fri thing going and eating pretty much what I want at the weekend I'll be happy.

I am back at work... not sure why I post more from work.. what does that say about my work ethic? haha
I've not been to have a look at the Ol' new eye candy yet... our communal area has been demolished so its all a bit weird trying to find people to socialise with at lunchtime... We have a meeting in an hour so i will have a peruse! haha

Mini rainbow cherub is crawling and holding onto furniture now. She had 4 teeth when I last saw her about 4 weeks ago! She is a mischievous wee bundle of fun, I don't know who she takes after????
Don't worry, I am making the effort to pop on here now more often, I might even think about weight loss some day!

It's p*ssing down here typical bank holiday weather as usual.
I think I may return to the water today and all this week to try and regain my mermaid status. I can't muster the enthusiasm or the energy to start Zumba yet so I think swimming is a good way to go. Well that's a bit of a porky really as the mind is willing for the Zumba but the body don't want to know.
I am sure it's too cold to go commando in Scotland Rose.
Rosie come winter I'm sure you'll have the tartan thermals on up there but being the last throws of summer* that's a joke huh* you can get away with the sexy rainbow undies ( you can't pole dance with no knickers on Rosie you'll get arrested)
Oh now I get it Tranqs she justs wants the hunky policeman is his uniform to come and arrest her. Is she recruiting for the tower by any chance ha ha.

Hi Pooks, sun shining here but cold, I think the thermals may be coming out of storage soon! No bank holiday here but only 6 weeks until next school holiday haha
Enjoy swimming, at least you are active and interested in losing weight, I can't find my diet head or my sensible head anywhere!
