Better than a 1lb gain ... Saying that I know how frustrating it is when you work hard & STS or only lose a pound.
I've decided on my challenge for this week. I'm not going to snack late at night for the week. If I really feel like I have to then I'll only have fruit
My aim for the week was to keep ahead of the snacking which has worked out-(but....... I have been quite lazy and couldn't face the tesco shop so there hasn't actually been stuff around, so probably not a fair test hey!)
The exercise has been really low, I've hurt my knee so have used that as an excuse- so next weeks challenge is to get my butt up and out!
The water thing has really defied me this week... And I'm a girl that can drink a lot of it... But just haven't. Does anyone else find low water= slow weightloss??
