Miss PIGGY.
On my DD on Thursday I felt SO hungry and my stomach wouldn't stop growling at me. I wanted to raid the fridge but couldn't because I had my calorie allowance already. Later that evening I logged my calories and realised I hadn't had 400+ like I thought, I had actually had just under 300. I had had 100-150 less than I usually do on a DD and it made me feel very hungry, I'm hoping it doesn't last though because I am planning to start eating less calories on my DD's to see how my losses are with that. I will probably do it gradually, 300 cals, 200 cals and maybe less or a total fast not sure yet. If it slows my losses I'll know to stick to 400-450 on down days and 2000+ on up days.
My exercise equipment has now been replaced, finally! I only ordered it over 3 weeks ago. I am nearly done putting it together and boy I hate self assembly it stresses me right out. I'm nearly done but having problems getting 8 screws in because our screwdrivers are all worn and crap. The screwdriver just slips and will ruin the head of the screw if I keep trying. I'll try and get a new screwdriver tomorrow and hopefully have it all set up ready to use during next week, it will be the first time I have done any exercise since 2009. I also need to find out my weights that are somewhere in the spare room - I call it a spare room it's more like a storage room, it has so much stuff from when we moved 3 years ago lol.

05/03 UD3: 2700+ (not sure exactly as had some chocolate cake that had no calorie info on the packe)

09/03 UD: 3000+ (WOW sounds bad, I had already had 1200 cals and then in the evning I had a lamb doner with fries so this figure is an estimate - lamb doner surely has LOADS of calories)

14/03 DD: 296
15/03 UD: 2700 (estimate again, had 2 rolls from sains bakery and no calorie info on packet - I estimated 150 each)

My calories look insanely high on most up days. I also had 3 crazy up days in a row but I am not going to complain because I still managed to lose 1.¼ lb. The first week was a bad week, I was feeling emotional and when I get down (or happy) I turn to food and lots of it. My excuse for the second week... well, I haven't got one
. I guess I'm just a pig.
In my nearly 6 months on JUDDD I think I have had 1 up day where I got too full before I had got to my calorie allowance, every other up day I could eat and eat but I stop myself - still way over but I could continue. JUDDD isn't going to solve my addiction to food and I never expected it to.
