Food much better today, I made a big pot of 'chilli' which is basically turkey mince, red onion, tomatoes, passata, chopped pak choi, mung beans, red thai curry paste, a Colman chilli con carne sachet mix and chilli flakes (I do like things spicy!) .. comes to about 5 points a serving and is good to have in the fridge for lunches etc.
Quiet day, was going to go to the gym but went shopping instead, didnt buy much but enjoyed the fresh air.
