Ahhh that's brill!! I weighed myself today and ive lost 0.6lb so far whoop de doo lol my WI is sat so not gonna be much difference!
Someone told me that too, I'm abit scared to try though :-/ I hate feeling like I'm over eating.
I think maybe after my WI sat I should try to go for maybe 1300-1400, can only try right, not like I'm going anywhere at the moment lol
