Hi all, I've lost count of the weeks as I've slipped a bit over Christmas, so I thought I'll just keep it all on one thread.
So - progress to date. Things were slipping a lot before Christmas, with a lot of chocolate and some Baileys...but then on the 23rd I went down with 'flu, and did not eat much for 4 days. Yesterday I was feeling rough again, but am on the mend overall. The result of the binge+flu is 1lb off over xmas, I've hit my target of 13'10 by end of December - but sadly not by following a carefully planned GL diet - just by being ill! But I'm still delighted to have got here, and am going to spend today with my recipe books, planning some meals for the next few weeks. Hubby got me the 30min Jamie Oliver for xmas, so I'm going to see if I can adapt a few recipes from that.
