Hi does anyone know the syn value of the new Maggi Sizzling Steak sachets?

They range from 4.5-16.5 for crispy ones what's in it .. Sugar tends to be the culprit and obviously bread crumbs in the crispy ones .. It may be a lot lower - free to make your own xx

I think because they are new, they aren't on the website yet.
However it may be the 1 syn per 20 calories rule, like with the so juicy.
