Introduce more healthy fats, cheese, nuts, seeds etcetera. If it's seen as an opportunity to eat 'more' it could
be easy to regain if you don't establish that level of balance that allows maintenance.
Look at me talking like I know....my maintain stage is a way off BUT I had a think about what I'd do rather than seeing it as the end of the journey. I'd maybe go for full fat equivalents of cheese and things like Philadelphia and yoghurts. Have more syns across the day. Maybe double the syn limit for a week and see what happens. If needs be reduce it or increase it until that equilibrium is reached.
