I have no idea?? Makes no sense really lol!! Im wondering if its coz i didnt eat a proper tea?! Was so full from lunch that i only had a few cheese and crackers for tea, so there wasnt much sitting on my gut over night? And again, only had about 1800 cals x

Saturday. Eek! Because I'm doing alternate days at the min it's going to chop and change between Fri n Sat, so this time it'll be after 8 days, next time 6...wonder if it'll make much difference?! X

Well I survived the hot dogs and cupcakes!

Just had a ham salad. Calories well spent, quite a big meal for 100 cals or so. Felt a bit mental weighing my lettuce, Ho hum :D

Either going to have soup and wholemeal pitta later or porridge and a bit of fruit. Ooh decisions, decisions!

Think pub lunch is on the cards for tomorrow. I always have the chicken and bacon salad, will be nice to be able to have whatever I fancy. Love JUDDD.

There's so many people on here, I love how busy it is whenever I pop by! X

I contemplated using my calories on curly wurlys and quavers but knew they wouldn't fill me up.
Is that all you've had today? I'd be starving after them too.
Someone needs to invent something super low cal but massively filling...like an edible cushion or sponge or...I don't know! X

ive had a cd tetra and some milk and marsh..friggin...mellows lol

think im gonna take the sponge idea up :doh:
