so on the maintenance plan u can drink? is it just 2 shakes a day

It didn't seem right to just go and delete all this detail from my signature without keeping it elsewhere so I'm copying it here. I think I may like to look at it in the future and other people may be interested in seeing the ups and downs of maintenance too.

I started this (final!) weight loss journey at 15st 9.5lbs ... heaviest ever!

With a combination of Slimming World and Diet Chef I had lost 23.7lbs very slowly and yo-yo-ey up until 16th Feb 2009

I started Lipotrim then at 13st 13.8lbs

Finished 15 wks of TFR and 2 wks of refeed on 15th June 2009 at 10st 7.6lbs. A total loss of 71.9lbs or 5st 1.9lbs

Maintenance

Wk1 22/6/09 After 5 days away & some booze -2lbs = 50.2 on LT
Wk2 29/6/09 -1lb = 51.2 on LT (74.9 altogether) (10st 4.6lbs)
Wk3 6/7/09 -0.6 = 51.8 (75.5)
Wk4 13/7/09 +0.6 = 51.2 (74.9)
Wk5 20/7/09 -1.4 = 52.6 (76.3) (10st 3.2lbs the lightest I've been on maintenance)

Thanks ladies, these positive stories of people actually keeping the weight off is what we really need to realise it is going to all be worth it. O'h and well done!!!!!

I'm only on day 2 of lipotrim and can't stand the taste or texture :( I so want to get the exta weight off but this is really hard!!

Week 1, 5/6/2011 Start weight 13stone 8 pounds
 
It's so worth it if you can stick at it though hon! :)

I know this place can be a bit confusing but if you try to make sure you post in the main Lipotrim forum you'll get lots of support from people in the same boat. This is the maintenance section. But stick at it and you'll soon be joining us!!! :D

hi i was wondering if you can give me some advise, i heard of lipotrim and thought i would try it, so i looked online and found a chemist were i can order the sachets and have them delivered to my door, so i have done this and they turned up this morning, but im a bit confused as they state maintenance foods, are these the same as the sachets you get when your a starter of this diet, i have veg soup, caramel bars, berry shakes, and chocolate whip deserts, but im seeing that people on here are talking of other flavours i wasnt given the option to, are these shakes going to have the same effect as a newbie, or not, many thanks niki
 
Hi Niki .... you've been sent maintenance products which are the only ones you can buy without attending your local pharmacy. They don't provide you with the full Lipotrim weight loss programme. This can only be obtained through attending a pharmacy on a regular basis so they can monitor what you're doing. It IS possible to lose weight on a maintenance programme but I'm sorry I don't know enougt about it to offer any advice. Your best bet is to go along to a pharmacy near you that deals with Lipotrim and ask their advice.

Hey JanD you are amazing! you've lost so much and you keep it under control! I lost 3stone nearly 1.5year ago and I've put all abck on :(
Now I am hoping this diet (lipotrim) will work better, I am really determined to stick to the maintainace program as well otherwise it will be a massive yo-yo again.

Sometimes - in fact more often than not - it doesn't feel like i have ANY control ;) But I suppose looking at this history, which is the overall and much bigger picture, I haven't done too badly.
