Major carb blowout...disaster

So, after just one day on cruise I have had a major blip. My biggest fear happened. I was craving sugar all day. I had a coffee with sweetener and milk as a treat and it just made me worse. So I went for one drink last night. Ended up having 4 glasses of beer. Not only that I ate some bolagnaise, two Cadbury bunnies when I got home and a chocolate rice cake. I counted 145grms of carbs. So upset with myself this morning and also I have put on 2.2 lb his morning. That's a whole kilo. I feel like a cop-out. I should have known the pitfalls of the beer. I cannot resist temptation for food when I have a drink. All my determination has gone out the window. What do I do now? Do I go back to attack or start off on cruise again? So upset. Please help!!!
 
Do a couple of PP days but do not restart the whole Attacknstage again, it's not good or your body. That couple of lbs will soon disappear!
 
Couple of PP days and just look on it as a learning experience. Why don't you try Dukan-friendly sweet things if you are craving badly? SF jelly/meringue/cheesecake might all help. Good luck.
 
I'd say continue with the cruise, like nothing happened.
You do not need to punish yourself.
 
yeah, that's what I did when I had a minor bump - I did one day of protein and carried on with cruise. it all evened out - you may just be pretty bloated from beer (it tends to do that) and drink tons of water! try some asparagus on your next cruise day! and next time if you have to have, have have to have a drink, try a vodka and soda with lots of lime or something!
 
Agree, no need to punish yourself - it won't be the last time you slip on your journey - it is what you do after that matters and getting straight back on track is the best policy! Good luck! x
