I HAVE BEEN 100% SS TODAY and god I'm hungry lol


Hopefully, if you stick with it a couple of more days ketosis will kick in and it won't be so bad. Good job!
 
Still on SS today, daily WI is a great motivation for me and as I was SS yesterday and woke up .2 lb more then yesterday has made me even more focused today

Been ok had 2 slices of chicken roll (44cal total) when I was making my little one her pack up for school, so as to not have my last shake to early I have just had a veg drink mix. For me I'm 5ft 7.5 so could if needed have 4 products a day but that just feels like a big step up, silly I know
 
Hi mama22 nice to read your thread - I'm coming off SS/SS+ as have 14pounds left n BMi under 25 - kinda wanna stay on it longer!! Hope we both get this last bit off!x
 
I have 4 a day, because I could not get past the 4pm kids home from school snack time otherwise. I don't think it makes much difference to be fair.

It's the same time for me each day between 3 and 5 I keep myself busy during that time lol. I have found if I have a shake then I can't face my tea time shake and end up hungry at 9.

Good day yesterday down 1.6 on yesterday but still up 1.2 from last wednesdays WI hopefully that will come off today and I will be classed as STS this week.
 
Well, I have weigh in on Thursday so I would like to show some difference from the last one - 2 weeks ago. At the moment I am hoping for just 2lbs, although 4 would be better, so i am going to drown in water today, while I am home with easy loo access.
 
Studies have shown that people will lose about the same on 880 as 460 cals as day. On 460 (a VLCD) your body becomes more efficient and you burn less. Sometimes a bump up on calories can actually jump start a STS into a loss. Try a fourth shake.
 
Ok mel my 4th shake change itself in to plain chicken breast but it's all good. WI in the morning and not hopeful at all

I am sure it will be fine -- if not this time, then the next. Your body does not know it is weigh day.
 
10,9.6 so not as bad as it would have been I'm only .2 up on last week

Haha I do these 'tricks', another good one is moving the scales about and keep trying :)
