Feeling so good today, the scales are down already on last week, my skin is good, I don't feel bloated, my clothes feel looser and most importantly my blood pressure is back down to normal after 2 weeks of being high (had to go and get it checked twice at the docs).

I love SW when its like this! Just got to keep going xxx

Hmmmmmm pickled egg. There doesn't look much food there, will you have some snacks?
Yes def had some snacks, a big bowl of grapes and mango, crisps and Freddo, had nothing in at the time I typed it up haha x

Not as good with food logging this weekend! Saturday was fine, had a SW fry up after WI and just beans on toast Sat night before a gig so all good.

Yesterday wasn't so great... day was fine, evening I went for a world buffet with friends and fully intended to have a "good" choice... but ended up having a few treaty dishes!! And didn't count! First plan FAIL in a month which is disappointing but back 100% today and hoping I haven't undone my good work.... :break_diet:
