Looking good Mandanda.

I think it is wonderful to still be able to get into that beautiful dress...we are all bound to go up and down and the thing is too not go too far either side of the scale.

As I have not even got near goal as yet it is very reassuring to know that with a bit of help and maintenance ...even going back on the diet for a while...we can stay around goal.

Mini, I'll never, ever go back to where I was .. I can't even begin to understand how I managed to even get about .. I find it hard now after a heavy weekend!

Just been sent this by Mr M .. taken by one of his colleagues. This was at the end of the evening .. dancing our socks off! We were at the 'merry' stage .. closely followed by the 'room spinning' stage .. which preceded the 'I feel sick' stage!
